Are you looking to build a new home in Treasure Valley? Main Idaho Real Estate Insights

Learn more about one of the top semi-custom home builders in the area. Are you looking for a builder that offers the ability to customize a floorplan, choose your favorite amenities and then have it built for you?

 Check out Tresidio Homes.

Michelle Penick interviews Carl Baker to understand what Tresidio Homes is all about and what clients can expect. He walks through the process from start to getting the keys to your home. Did you know that three guys started this company at the bottom of the Boise New Construction market and today is one of the top builders in Boise.

What makes Tresidio Homes unique? First, they let clients personalize their home. They have a showroom filled with the latest interior design trends for flooring, stone, backsplash, tile and more. Secondly, the buying experience and the building process. The first stage is the initial process and design of the structure to create a floorplan. Clients are allowed to move walls of floorplans they already have as they are really a semi-custom builder. Once that is dialed in, it is time to get it under contract and start building.

During the design phase clients choose everything they want in the home. You have a wide variety of styles, colors and finishes to select from.

It takes 7 to 9 months to go through the entire process and receive your keys.

One of the designs that people request currently are ceiling designs. Adding design and texture adds a lot of character to a home so ask them about options for you in the master bedroom and living room/ great room.
