Secondly, the buying experience and the building process. The first stage is the initial process and design of the structure to create a floorplan. Clients are allowed to move walls of floorplans they already have as they are really a semi-custom builder. Once that is dialed in, it is time to get it under contract and start building.
During the design phase clients choose everything they want in the home. You have a wide variety of styles, colors and finishes to select from.
It takes 7 to 9 months to go through the entire process and receive your keys.
