Dover Place subdivision in Caldwell, Idaho

Dover Place subdivision in Caldwell, Idaho will be an infill subdivision surrounded by established subdivisions. Overall, the 18.12-acre subdivision will be devices into 67 single-family home lots, 1.46 total acres of common area that includes a playground and open green spaces. Dover Place will be developed by Trilogy Development and Corey Barton.

Delaware Park subdivision surrounds Dover Place on three sides, and Copper Creek sits to the south. Skyway Elementary is within easy walking distance. Students will also attend Vallivue Muddle School and Vallivue High School. These schools are in the Vallivue School District.
