Every week, the Build Idaho real estate team reviews building permits. This week we noticed two new communities pulling their first building permits.

Alturas pulled permits in a new community by Bright Homes. This community was platted as Apex Southeast but is being marketed as Pinnacle. It is located south Meridian at Lake Hazel Rd and Locust Grove Rd.

Additionally, Blackrock Homes will start construction of smaller new homes, 1,346 sqft. The community is located on Linder just north of Ustick Rd. It is called Edington Commons.
