Stillwater, Eagle

RSI Construction developed this community several years ago. It stalled for a while so it must have the kinks worked out and building new modern homes again. Learn more

This community has been in the pipeline for a while. Looks like it is finally ready. Core Building Co. is one of the builders in this community. Learn more

Impressive East Ridge, South Meridian

I thought this community was completed so there must be a new phase opening. Blackrock Homes pulled 5 permits last week. Learn more

Also, this week in Canyon County there was an increase in the number of building permits. This is more evidence that as affordability gets more challenged, new construction will get pushed further out from Boise.
