 2007 Idaho Remodeler Awards

First Place for Remodeler of the Year in Category 2 ($500,001- $1,000,000) went to Haylett Homes of Boise. 

First Place for Remodeler of the Year in Category 3 (over $1,000,001) was Gammill Construction, Inc. of Boise for the 2nd year in a row. Runner up was Strite Design + Remodel. Other nominees in this category were Stronghold Remodeling and Keilty Construction, Inc.
The award for the Supplier/Vendor of the Year went to Carpet One of Boise. Other nominees in this category were Wood Windows Inc., runner up and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery.
The award for Trade Contractor of the Year went to A-1 Heating and Air and the runner up was Carpet One.
These awards are given based upon the rankings of their past customers in areas including professionalism, integrity, fairness, workmanship and overall job performance. They are given by the NARI of Idaho in recognition of the quality of remodelers, trade contractors and suppliers that are in the Treasure Valley.
NARI of Idaho also gave an award away for Most Valuable Member. This category is based on the member’s involvement in the association. This year’s award went to Larry T. Hayes from Hayes ‘n’ Hayes Construction of Nampa.
One other recognition given was the NARI of Idaho Photo Awards. Winners of these awards included:
            Residential Kitchen under $45,000- Gammill Construction        
Residential Kitchen Over $45,000 – Stronghold Remodeling
Residential Bath between $20,000 & $40,000- Keilty Construction
Residential Bath over $40,000- Haylett Homes
            Residential Interior – Strite Design + Remodel
Residential Exterior under $75,000- Hayes ‘n’ Hayes Construction
Residential Exterior over $75,000- Strite Design + Remodel
            Residential Specialty- Wood Windows, Inc.
            Entire House – Haylett Homes
Commercial Specialty- Wood Windows
Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration- Hidden Spaces, LLC
The NARI of Idaho is a state chapter of the National Association of Remodeling Industries (NARI) and has over 100 members in the Treasure Valley area. Businesses must meet ethical business practice standards at all times to remain a member. The chapter is active in providing professional education and training, providing certification for remodelers and carpenters and is involved in the promotion of legislation that furthers the professional standards of the industry.
