The Serrano Court Condominium project is an infill project on a 2-acre parcel located near the intersection of Duncan Lane and Hill Road. The project includes 13 condominium units with some as single units and some attached duplexes.

The project was entitled through Ada County and reviewed by the City of Boise as it was located within Boise City’s referral area. ECI prepared the design for the project including new sewer and water mains and services, grading and drainage with onsite stormwater retention, pavement design, plat preparation, CC&R assistance, and site lighting. The development has a nice sense of place and fits well within the neighboring properties. The development was planned to include a potential future phase to the north if, at some time in the future, the neighboring property would become available for development.
