Let's get started

Island Woods is a luxury community nestled between the north and south channels of the Boise River off of Eagle Road. This subdivision is all about feeling like a lakeside resort getaway thanks to waterfront homes, in addition to private neighborhood amenities such as a recreation center, swimming pool with clubhouse, tennis courts, and a clock tower. This community features walking paths along the Boise River and private ponds. There is also a footbridge that connects to the Greenbelt and downtown Eagle.

Downtown Eagle has a variety of restaurant options to choose from, as well as large stores like Home Depot, Albertsons, and WinCo Foods. In the summer, be sure to check out the free concerts at Heritage Park. Less than 20 minutes south on Eagle Road is the Village at Meridian, which is a hub in the Treasure Valley for shopping, movies, dining, and family entertainment. Commuting to Boise takes less than a half-hour along State Street, and most of Meridian can be accessed along Eagle Road.

Island Woods is also close to numerous outdoor recreation opportunities. The Boise River is on either side of the subdivision. Eagle Island State Park is under 10 minutes west off of State Street. Three public golf courses, numerous city parks, and the Boise foothills are all less than 15 minutes away.

Nestled between the north and south channels of the Boise River is the luxury community of Island Woods. This subdivision offers riverfront and waterside lots and high-end homes, completing the "island" experience. With beautiful bridges, many waterfalls and meticulous landscaping, no home in Island Woods lacks a view. Amenities include a community recreation center, swimming pool, tennis courts, jogging and walking paths, and a marvelous clock tower that chimes softly every hour.
