Rivers End Subdivision is set far back from the main road and near the Boise River. This allows for a quiet and secluded place to live. There are many waterfront homesites and plenty of places to fish in the multiple stocked ponds.

• A pedestrian bridge and two gravel paths provide access to the Greenbelt along the north channel of the Boise River

Parks and open spaces:
A playground designed for adult-supervised child play is available in the pool/clubhouse area. Recommended for children 5-12 years of age. New splinter-free wood chip ground material was installed in July 2015. A picnic table and park benches are located around the concrete apron.

Community Pool:
Rivers End has a heated community pool is approximately 20’ by 50’ with inclined entry from 0’ to 5’. The surrounding apron has lounge chairs and table/chair sets. The pool normally operates from Memorial Day weekend through September. Daily hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Camera surveillance throughout with recorded electronic gate entry and recorded verbal alerts. Residents in good standing obtain key cards through Sentry Management.

Clubhouse:

The Rivers End clubhouse has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, running water and sink. No stove or microwave is available, but a portable microwave can be used by the renter. Seating is available for about 20 with table and lounge furniture. Banquet tables and folding chairs are stored in the closet area. A gas fireplace is installed and restrooms are heated and attached. On-site parking for 12 vehicles and one wheel-chair accessible space. The clubhouse is available to be reserved by residents for a refundable $200 deposit minus a cleaning fee.
