    • The following developments are pending or underway in the vicinity of the site:
      • Belvoir Estates, preliminary plat to develop 913 single-family lots, 52 common lots, 2 common drive lots, 3 private roads, 1 elementary school, and 1 City of Eagle Park on 372 acres locate directly west of the site and was approved by ACHD Commission on June 5, 2019. However, this was not approved by the City of Eagle.
      • Brookway Subdivision, a preliminary plat to develop 106 single-family lots and 17 common lots on 61 acres directly west of the site and was approved by ACHD on November 17, 2017.
    • Planned Road Improvements
      • Beacon Light Road is listed in the 2020 CIP to be widened to 3-lanes from SH-16 to Linder Road between 2036 and 2040. 
      • Floating Feather Road is listed in the 2020 CIP to constructed as a new 3-lane roadway from SH-16 to Linder Road between 2036 and 2040. 
      • The intersection of Beacon Light Road and Palmer Lane is listed in the 2020 CIP to be reconstructed as a single lane roundabout with 2 lanes on all legs between 2036 and 2040.
      • The intersection of Beacon Light Road and Linder Road is listed in the 2020 CIP to be reconstructed as a multi-lane roundabout with 2-lanes on the north and south legs and 4-lanes on the east and west legs between 2031 and 2035 (0140).
      • The intersection of Floating Feather Road and Palmer Lane is listed in the 2020 CIP to be reconstructed as a single lane roundabout with 2 lanes on all legs between 2036 and 2040 (0400). 
      • The intersection of Floating Feather Road and Linder Road is listed in the 2020 CIP to be reconstructed as a multi-lane roundabout with 4-lanes on the north and south legs and 2-lanes on the east and west legs between 2021 and 2025 (0390).
    • ACHD’s Roadways to Bikeways Master Plan (BMP) was adopted by the ACHD Commission in May of 2009 and was updated in 2018. The plan seeks to implement the Planned Bicycle Network to support bicycling as a viable transportation option for Ada County residents with a wide range of ages and abilities, maintain bicycle routes in a state of good repair in order to ensure they are consistently available for use, promote awareness of existing bicycle routes and features and support encouragement programs and to facilitate coordination and cooperation among local jurisdictions in implementing the Roadways to Bikeways Plan recommendations. The BMP identifies Beacon Light Road abutting the site as a Level 3 facility.
