Timberland Estates is a community of distinction, beauty, and care nestled in beautiful Eagle, Idaho. Timberland Estates offers custom homes between 3,000 and 4,600 square feet on spacious lots with panoramic views, and is located just 2 miles west of downtown Eagle on Highway 44.




Architectural decisions, including approving Home Improvement Applications are made by an Architectural Committee comprised of three volunteer homeowners that are approved by the Board of Directors. The Architectural Committee meets on an as needed basis to review homeowner submitted Home Improvement applications that are processed through the Timberland Estates HOA. The Architectural Control Committee has 30 days in which to approve an application. Therefore, Homeowners are encouraged to seek approval well in advance of their contractors proposed start date.
