This area includes several very popular, larger communities. The new Ten Mile interchange helps the commute and it is easy to get to Eagle and Star. There are not too many shops services or restaurants but the area is seeing more in recent years including the popular Italian restaurant Gino's at Ten Mile Rd and McMillan. There are also new boutique shops popping up in some of the smaller shopping areas.
