North Meridian area includes several very popular, larger communities. The new Ten Mile interchange helps the commute and it is easy to get to Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, and Star. There are many shops, services, and restaurants along Eagle Road plus new boutique shops popping up in some of the smaller shopping areas around the city. This area is also known for Settlers Park and The Village at Meridian which features 50 places to shop and eat as well as a movie theater and the 58-acre Julius Kleiner Park. Meridian's downtown entertainment district is located in the blocks immediately surrounding Meridian City Hall. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars all come together to create a lively sense of community.
