About Canterbury Commons

Canterbury Commons was developed by CBH Homes, one of the largest builders and developers in the Treasure Valley. This community features a range of home styles and layouts as well as a community park.

Canterbury Commons is close to large stores like Walmart, Winco, Costco, Home Depot, and Sierra Trading Post. It is also close to major roads like Eagle Road, Interstate-84, and Overland Road, making commuting easy. The Boise Airport to the east and downtown Nampa to the west are both under 20 minutes away.

Meridian also has a small, but growing downtown entertainment scene near City Hall and the community center. Canterbury Commons is also close to many of Meridian’s 20 city parks, making it easy to get out and be active. Wahooz Family Fun Zone and Roaring Springs Water Park are off of Overland Road on the south side of Interstate-84. The Village at Meridian features movies, dining, shopping, and entertainment and is located at the intersection of Fairview and Eagle Road.
