Gander Creek will include 401 single-family residential homesites. The community is designed to encourage a mix of housing types and price points. Lot sizes in Gander Creek range from 4,000 to 10,693 square feet (1/4 acre) homes will vary from traditional to front-load lots and rear-loaded, plus alley lots. Gander Creek, is a single-family home development by Trilogy Idaho and Union Square LLC, Final Plat approval October 2019.

The final plat includes 401 single-family residential lots and 55 common area lots on this 125.68 acres of development land. It will be developed in 9 phases.

It runs along Five Mile Creek.. Gander Creek building lots will range from 4,000 to 10,693 square feet including traditional-style homes, front-load lots & rear-loaded alley lots. The average lot size will be 6,002 sqft. Many of the homesites back onto developed and active open space and others side onto green spaces including three neighborhood parks distributed throughout the community to provide all residents with convenient access to the amenities. The parks are 2.11 acres in the northern section of Gander Creek and 2.65 and 0.97 acres in the southern portion. offering pools, playgrounds, and basketball courts. Location: The south side of W. McMillan Rd., approximately ¼ mile west of N. McDermott Rd. Gander Creek subdivision will be just north of the West Ada School Districts new Owyhee High School which began construction in February 2019.
