The subdivision is part of Meridian’s first residential community that combines homes, apartments, and a small business campus. The community feels safe and quiet while also providing easy access to a variety of retail and dining options, as well as main arterial roads to make commuting easier.

Gramercy Park is close to a variety of medical services including dentistry, dermatology, orthodontics, physical therapy, and allergy care, as well as a primary care facility. There is also an animal hospital a few minutes away. Gramercy Park is close to a variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Many of them are easy to bike to in the warmer months. Major roads like Eagle Road, Interstate-84, and Overland Road make commuting to work or taking the kids to school easier. It takes 25 minutes to get to downtown Eagle or downtown Boise. The Boise Airport and downtown Nampa are both under 20 minutes away.

Gramercy Park is also a short drive from a variety of entertainment options. Within a 15 minute drive is a movie theater, Roaring Springs Water Park, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, Meridian Speedway, and nearly a dozen parks. The Village at Meridian offers 50 dining and retail options as well as a movie theater and a 58-acre park, and is around 15 minutes north on Eagle Road.
