Gramercy Park and Gramercy Heights are part of Meridian’s first residential community that combines homes, apartments, and a small business campus. Gramercy is close to a variety of medical services including dentistry, dermatology, orthodontics, physical therapy, and allergy care, as well as a primary care facility. There is also an animal hospital a few minutes away. Gramercy is close to a variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Many of them are easy to bike to in the warmer months. Major roads like Eagle Road, Interstate-84, and Overland Road make commuting to work or taking the kids to school easier. It takes 25 minutes to get to downtown Eagle or downtown Boise. The Boise Airport and downtown Nampa are both under 20 minutes away. Gramercy Heights is part of the second phase of the master-planned community.

Gramercy is also a short drive from a variety of entertainment options. Within a 15 minute drive are a movie theater, Roaring Springs Water Park, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, Meridian Speedway, and nearly a dozen parks. The Village at Meridian offers 50 dining and retail options as well as a movie theater and a 58-acre park and is around 15 minutes north on Eagle Road.
