Soda Srings Subdivsion is named after Soda Spring Geyser in SE Idaho. Homes in Soda Springs were built primarily in 2005. These semi-custom single-family homes are generally 1,375 sqft to just over 2,100 sqft built by a small builder team.

The world's only man-made geyser in easter Idaho. It was created in 1937 when drillers searching for thermal water for a heated medicinal pool went down 315 feet unleashing what became known as the Soda Springs geyser. The feature originally spewed freely until it began to affect the geysers at Yellowstone. It has since been capped and placed on a timer. It goes off every hour on the hour.
