Collina Vista Architectural Design Standards & Construction Guidelines

The Design Guidelines have been created to protect the unique and special qualities and the community-wide standard of the Collina Vista Planned Community and to encourage creative design by providing general architectural design and construction guidelines, landscape guidelines, submittal and review procedures and fees and charges for review. 
The design guidelines are drafted and utilized by the Design Committee to ensure that all improvements conform and are harmonious with regard to external design, quality and type of construction, architectural character, materials, color, location on the homesite, height, grade and finish ground elevation, natural conditions, landscaping and all aesthetic considerations. The home designer should view the Design Guidelines as aides that will protect the unique qualities of the Collina Vista Community, versus a hindrance to creative design.
