The Torchlight Estates Preliminary Plat consists of 39 single-family residential lots and 4 common lots. One of the two existing dwellings will remain and be platted as an individual lot in the subdivision (Lot 1, Block 4). The other dwelling located near the western boundary of the property, in addition to the existing private road, accessory structures, well and septic system will be removed as part of the development.
