Blue Meadows was originally proposed in December 2018. Hartley Lane Townhomes contains a considerable amount of protected wetlands; for these reasons, the subdivision's roadways do not feature one continuous street, but rather the subdivision is thoughtfully designed by creating access roads off of existing roadways.
