Cazador has homesites available in all shapes and sizes, from easily maintained patio-style lots to larger lots ready for your RV or other toys.
Cazador was approved in August 2017. It was originally proposed to have 164 homesites, but the parcel next door was added which brought the total homesites to over 200. The community also has proposed 4.64 acres of open space for residents to enjoy the amazing Idaho weather. This new neighborhood offers homes for sale starting in the mid $300,000's.
Cazador Community Plat Map:
In 1863, silver and gold ore was discovered in the Owyhee Mountains southwest of Boise, which resulted in the founding of Silver City. Bringing the ore and supplies between Boise and Silver City was done along a 15-mile-long trail. In 1883, the Oregon Short Line Railway Company was building across Idaho and built a train station that crossed the mining trail. This station was named Kuna, which means "end of the trail". The pioneers dug multiple canals so they would have a year-round water supply and irrigation for their crops. After that, the town flourished thanks to the large farms that surrounded it. Despite the agricultural success, Kuna remained small through the 1970s. Since then, people have been moving to Kuna thanks to low land prices, affordable homes, and the availability of larger home sites. In the last 20 years, many new subdivisions are being built to accommodate the city's rapid growth.
Kuna is the true small-town experience and Cazador is Kuna’s ideal community with all of the modern conveniences you’re looking for. The town of Kuna is off the beaten path but with easy access to Meridian, Boise, and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Kuna offers the room and freedom to explore new ideas and opportunities, raise a family in a close-knit community, and do business with friends.
