Bainbridge Subdivision is a large, high-end community on the south side of Chinden Blvd between Black Cat Road and Ten Mile Road. This subdivision sits across Chinden from Spurwing Estates, a luxury community across from the exclusive Club at Spurwing Golf Course.

Bainbridge was developed by the Brighton Corporation, which also developed high-end subdivisions like Century Farm, Homestead, and Cartwright Ranch.
