Serenity Springs offers modern semi-custom homes in north Meridian, just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment.
The intent of this neighborhood is to promote interactive experiences for the residents. Within the common areas, will be a number of different garden types including a community vegetable garden, meditation garden, rose garden, and walking garden. Some of the features that will encourage resident interaction within the community are the vegetable garden and meditation garden. The garden space will provide the opportunity for residents to plant, maintain, harvest, and consume produce grown as a collective group. The meditation garden includes a bubbling water over rocks and sitting bench for residents to gather, slow down, and enjoy the open spaces within the neighborhood. As part of the walking garden, there will be a half-mile of pathways through the neighborhood for the residents to use as an area for exercise without leaving the neighborhood.
These amenities are enjoyable to the townhome demographic. The HOA will own and maintain the common lots within the subdivision including the landscape frontage along Locust Grove. The HOA will also maintain the landscaping for each of the homes within the subdivision as well.
The original plat map was named Allmon Subdivision and was to be marketed as "The Cottages at Serenity Gardens".
