Soda Springs subdivision is named after Soda Spring Geyser in SE Idaho. Homes in Soda Springs were built primarily in 2005. These semi-custom single-family homes are generally 1,375 sqft to just over 2,100 sqft built by a small builder team.
The world's only man-made geyser in Eastern Idaho. It was created in 1937 when drillers searching for thermal water for a heated medicinal pool went down 315 feet unleashing what became known as the Soda Springs geyser. It os one of the few cold-water geysers in the United States. The feature originally spewed freely until it began to affect the geysers at Yellowstone. It has since been capped and placed on a timer. It goes off every hour on the hour.
