Stonehaven Subdivision includes 225 residential lots (78 acres), ranging from 7,000 square feet to 21,000 square ft. The original plan also included commercial development on about 12 acres, which was dropped after neighbors raised concerns, according to the project engineer Jay Walker, who is representing the developer, WTW Development LLC.
This is a progressive subdivision that captures a bit of rural Idaho and is close enough to enjoy local activities and events. What makes Stonehaven such a great place to live? It is located in proximity to Middleton, Eagle, Caldwell, and yes even Boise; it takes about 10 minutes from Stonehaven to drive to Costco on the south side of Nampa, Idaho. Only about 20 minutes to Eagle and only about 30 minutes to Boise, Idaho. Stonehaven is located next to Middleton High School and is an easy commute to the grade schools and middle school.
Stonehaven is anticipated to be fully built by the end of 2023.
