• Minimum of one year of building history in Idaho
• Annually provide for review by the RMB Board favorable references from local subcontractors, suppliers and home buyers
• Annually provide proof of financial stability to be reviewed by the RMB Board
• Provide proof of workers compensation and general liability insurance
• Provide a written limited warranty or be in an approved insured written warranty program
• Pay a registration fee of $300 or $200 for renewal annually
